  Please note: To avoid waiting times at the ticket machine after events, PMG has introduced a new parking rate in the "Rathaus" parking garage. The new event tickets can be paid in advance at the ticket machine so that you can conveniently leave the parking garage directly after the end of the event. The ticket is valid for the parking period from 4 p.m. - 6 a.m. and is available daily for a flat rate of 8 euros. For more information, please visit the PMG website.

By car:

• travelling from the south - A60 freeway- Exit: Mainz-Weisenau/Innenstadt (downtown)- after the Mainz city sign, follow the preference road (with the yellow diamond sign) keeping straight ahead.
  After approx. 4.1 km, turn right into the street Rheinstraße 68 parking garage “Hilton Hotel” or left turn into the street Quintinsstraße 12 parking garage „Brand“.

• Travelling from the north - A643 freeway - Exit: Mainz-Mombach/Innenstadt (downtown) heading towards Mainz-Innenstadt
  (Caution! 2 lane changes!) after 6.4 km, turn left into the street Rheinstraße 68 parking garage „Hilton“ or right turn into the street Quintinsstraße 12 parking garage „Brand“.

• Travelling from Frankfurt - From A5 Northwest Crossing Frankfurt via- the A3 freeway „Frankfurter Kreuz“ (past the airport), take the „Mönchhofdreieck“ exit and follow sign for „Rüsselsheimer Dreieck“ on the A60 freeway, follow „Mainz-Weisenau/Innenstadt“, after Mainz city sign, follow the preference road (with the yellow diamond sign) keeping straight ahead.
  After approx. 4.1 km, turn right into the street Rheinstraße 68 parking garage “Hilton Hotel” or left turn into the street Quintinsstraße 12 parking garage „Brand“.

• Travelling from Wiesbaden Innenstadt (downtown)- On the A643 freeway heading towards Bingen/Mainz/Frankfurt/Rüdesheim; after aprox. 4 km take the Mainz-Mombach/Innenstadt (downtown) exit heading towards Innenstadt (Caution! 2 lane changes! ). After approx. 6.4 km, turn left into the street Rheinstraße 68 parking garage „Hilton“ or right turn into the street Quintinsstraße 12 parking garage „Brand“.

By train:

The ICE high speed train network of the Deutsche Bahn makes Mainz conveniently accessible from all areas of Germany. Additionally, the numerous train connections to Wiesbaden and Frankfurt make Mainz´ main station the ideal pivot point in the middle of Germany.

By plane:

Frankfurt Rhein Main Airport: from the airport by car (approx. 30 min.) as described above or problem-free with the“ S-Bahn” (commuter train) (S8 or S9) every 20 minutes.
Frankfurt Hahn Airport: bus shuttle in hourly tact directly to the Mainz main station (approx. 70 min.) www.hahn-airport.de

by Bus:

From the main station with bus lines: 6, 9, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 61, 68, 71, 90, 91 to bus stop “Rheingoldhalle / Rathaus”.
