Personal meetings are the be-all and end-all in everyday business life. However, due to the current impact of Covid-19, we are required to provide creative solutions in order to present events in a light-hearted manner and with full consideration for health. As a congress and conference company, we will do everything in our power to make your event a success under current and future conditions. 

The congress and conference location Mainz offers all the amenities for events of all kinds and sizes. The recipe for success lies in our partner network of first-class hotels in all categories and capacities, sustainable caterers and competent technology and service partners.

Digital events with live streams, video transmissions, hologram techniques are just as feasible as "classic" events with participants in the plenum. We are your personal partner to be able to reproduce your individually desired format - even under the given circumstances. We comply with all applicable safety and hygiene standards and constantly update our measures and precautions in accordance with the applicable requirements of the authorities. 

In our four event locations (Rheingoldhalle, Kurfürstliches Schloss, Frankfurter Hof Mainz and KUZ - Kulturzentrum Mainz) we offer the following standards, among others.

  • Installation of hygiene stations such as disinfection columns, Derma UV-Check possible
  • Reduced downtimes due to minimized and pre-portioned food distribution for individual participants in snack boxes, food glasses or similar
